A French-Italian dual national, I have developed an expertise in Human Resources and talent development within international groups in complex and constantly changing environments. Having experienced several times situations of changes in the organisation, I have a deep understanding of the importance of supporting managers and their teams when these occur.

I completed my coaching training at International Mozaik and I chose to fully devote myself to the profession of professional coach and HR consultant.
In 2020 I created Exelysio with the intention to support my clients in their transformation and development of their talents.

What best characterizes me is :

• A corporate background of 25+ years as a Talent Manager and HR Director that helps me to quickly understand business challenges and organisational peculiarities,
• An open-mindedness and adaptability recognized during a lifetime international experience,
• A high level of commitment combined with empathy to drive change and positive transformation,

I attach special importance to applying the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). They represent the foundations of my commitment to each client and each project.
