A MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH

Primarily focused on the power of the relationship and the potentialities of individuals, our multidisciplinary approach combines the systemic approach, the neurocognitive and behavioural approach and refers to the intercultural approach if the context needs so.

Systemic Approach
Is characterized by the study of the individual as a system taking into account both their complexity and his environment (family, work, cultural, social). This approach allows to better understand each field the person is in contact with, the purposes and the relations between the parties, the factors of balance and instability and their dynamics.

Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach (NCA)
The NCA is a comprehensive and innovative model inspired by neurosciences whose purpose is to understand the human brain impact on behaviours and develop commitment and motivation through a reading grid, methodology and tools to manage complexity and difficult relationship situations.

Intercultural Approach
It aims to take into account and solve problems related to cultural differences. It also provides a new and more fulfilling communication mode to interact with others. When it comes to coaching it is a good help to make the coachee think of their “world maps” and find the best way to reconcile differences by favouring flexibility.

We use multiple tools to best support our clients according to their needs. We are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global organization for coaching worldwide providing independent certification to professional coaches meeting certain criteria.
